Naomi at Found Treasure loves love. And she loves a love story. Naomi handcrafts bespoke engagement rings, in both classic and alternative styles, that reflect each individual relationship. “We work together to design a ring like no other. I’m able to guide my clients and answer any questions along the way. It’s a special relationship of trust, knowledge and design,” says Naomi. She describes the process more by saying, “There are a few different ways that your ring can be created, depending on the design. Each technique will be tailored to create your dream ring, down to the finest details.” Having a custom made engagement ring allows you to design through conversation and to co-create a piece like no other.

We chatted with Nick who designed a ring with Naomi recently. It’s always a pleasure to hear how the proposals go, so we asked Hayley and Nick to describe their special moment: “It was a perfect New Zealand winter's day... Nick surprised me at the top of my favourite mountain with a beautiful set up on a rock ledge overlooking the water. It was a pretty magical and surreal moment!”

We asked, how has your love story unfolded?

We are a Bumble success story, we met just before the first covid lockdown. We fell in love quickly and have shared the most wonderful life together since that has been filled with endless adventures and laughter. We spent 10 months travelling around Australia together which was the perfect way to challenge and grow our relationship. We returned to NZ even more in love.”

Designing your bespoke ring all starts with a couple of questions. This can be done over email, phone or in person, you can decide how you’d like to work together through this experience. The Bespoke Design Form on our website allows Naomi to understand the key aspects which she can create a mood board and concept design from. You’ll have an option to enter your favourite colours or stones, plus any other details for Naomi to design around. You’re able to share as much information as you like or ask for her suggestions, in just one click.
